This page explains the basic information collected through the DisplayFlow website and enquiry form.

Information we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message.
How it is used
We use enquiry information to reply to your request, discuss DisplayFlow, provide support and keep reasonable business records.
Website analytics
If you allow Analytics cookies, DisplayFlow uses privacy-conscious first-party analytics to understand visits, pages, traffic sources, campaigns and actions such as starting a trial or submitting an enquiry. It uses random visitor and session identifiers and may collect page URLs and titles, referrers, UTM and advertising click identifiers, device/browser categories, language, screen size, engagement and country only where a trusted service lawfully supplies it.
The analytics system does not record form contents, passwords, payment details, keystrokes, a full IP address or device fingerprints. After you voluntarily register or log in, the anonymous analytics record may be linked to the numeric customer account so that trial and subscription performance can be measured.
Raw page-view and event data is normally retained for 13 months. Aggregated daily statistics may be retained for longer. You can reject optional cookies or reopen Cookie choices in the footer at any time.
Third-party measurement
With the relevant permission, DisplayFlow may load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity. These providers may process technical identifiers according to their own terms. They are not loaded before the required optional choice.
Advertising measurement
If Google Ads measurement is configured, we ask before loading the Google tag. If you allow it, Google Ads may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand which adverts lead to a verified DisplayFlow trial. You can decline or change this choice using the cookie choices control.
